Room Information: All units are non-smoking. Furnished in French country-style, the rooms feature Thomasville pine furniture, light-washed oak tables and chairs, and natural pine Bahamian shutters on patio doors and windows. Each offers a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and small stove. All units feature ceiling fans, irons and ironing boards, safes, and hair dryers.

Deposit Policy: This is a prepaid reservation. The entire cost of your stay, including tax, will be charged upon booking. You are only responsible for incidentals during your stay.
Guarantee Policy:In the event of cancellation, a non-refundable fee of $10.00 (USD) will be applied. This is in addition to any penalties which may applied by the hotel due to their cancellation policy.
Cancel Policy: Cancellations of confirmed reservations will be accepted without a penalty from the hotel if received prior to cut off dates which are as follows: May 28, 2002-December 19, 2002, January 5, 2003- February 6, 2003 and April 27, 2003-December 18, 2003 -- 7 days; February 2, 2003-April 26, 2003-- 14 days; December 20, 2002 - January 4, 2003 and December 19, 2003 - January 3, 2004 --21 days. There will be one night's room and tax charged for no-shows. Also, unless notified prior to, or at check-in, a one night's penalty will apply to departures that occur earlier than the date specified on the original reservations.
