Room Information: Our accommodations range from deluxe hotel rooms and villa suites to three-bedroom beach homes and cottages. Comfortable, quiet and luxurious, these accommodations feature glorious beach, bay, marina, tennis center or golf course views. These enclaves were all built in harmony with nature and provide an intimate, secluded setting.

Check In: 4:00 p.m.
Deposit Policy: This is a prepaid reservation. The entire cost of your stay, including tax, will be charged upon booking. You are only responsible for incidentals during your stay.
Guarantee Policy: In the event of cancellation, a non-refundable fee of $10.00 (USD) will be applied. This is in addition to any penalties which may applied by the hotel due to their cancellation policy.
Cancel Policy: Cancellations of confirmed reservations will be accepted without hotel penalty if received prior to the prescribed cancellation period. From Oct 1 - December 23, 2002: January 2 - February 6, 2003 and April 27 - December 24, 2003: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival date and by 4:00pm, local hotel's time. From December 24, 2002 - January 1, 2003 and December 25, 2003- January 3, 2004: Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival date and by 4:00pm, local hotel's time. From February 7, 2003- April 26, 2003: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date and by 4:00pm, local hotel's time. All reservations if cancelled outside the prescribed cancellation period will be subject to one night's room and tax penalty. No Shows: Hotel will charge one night's rate, plus tax. Early Check Out: Hotel will charge a one-night penalty fee, unless notified prior to or at check-in.

Recreation:Your biking and jogging needs are covered, with a full selection of bikes, baby seats, trailers, and strollers. For beach fun, we rent body boards, inner tubes, banana boats, floating mats and cabanas. Fishing equipment and bait is available at the T-Dock. Our small craft rentals include Hobies, Prindles, kayaks, canoes, sun kats, and sunfish sailors. At the Bayside Marina, you'll find a full selection of power boats, ranging from 16 to 23 feet. Parasailing excursions run throughout the day, and water ski experts are on hand to provide one-on-one instruction. For the waverunner "connoisseur," we offer a full selection of rentals for one to three people, as well as waverunner tours to the surrounding waterways.
