Check In: 4:00 p.m.

Deposit Policy: This is a prepaid reservation. The entire cost of your stay, including tax, will be charged upon booking. You are only responsible for incidentals during your stay.

Guarantee Policy:In the event of cancellation, a non-refundable fee of $10.00 (USD) will be applied. This is in addition to any penalties which may applied by the hotel due to their cancellation policy.

Cancel Policy: Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival date and by 4PM, local hotel's time from Sept 3-Jan 4, 2003 and from Dec 19, 2003- Jan 3, 2004. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival date from Jan 5, 2003- Feb 6, 2003 and Apr 27, 2003- Dec 18, 2003. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date Feb 7, 2003 - Apr 26, 2003. No-show reservations and cancellations made outside the above proscribed cancellation period will be charged one night's room and tax. Unless notified prior to, or at check-in, a one night penalty will apply to departures that occur earlier than the date specified on the original reservation.

Services for Disabled Guests: The Sundial welcomes disabled guests with an array of services designed to make their stay a pleasure; Elevators are conveniently located in every building for easy access to all guest accommodations, restaurants, shops, lobby and recreation center; Assistance with special needs such as shopping or equipment rental can be provided; The Sundial can also provide smoke detectors, phone equipment and closed caption televisionsencoders for the hearing impaired.
