Room Information: In the "Olde Florida" tradition of this Sanibel Island getaway, all 32 units boast porches or balconies. Guests can choose from hotel rooms, beach cottages or suites, each with a view of the garden, pool or the Gulf of Mexico. Inside, all feature the comforts of home, with select bathroom and kitchen amenities, as well as cable TV with remote and VCR, and complimentary HBO and HBO2. All of our accommodations are just steps away from the beach, pool, and recreational activities, and all have been classified as non-smoking. All units are equipped with irons and ironing boards. In-room video cassette players with complimentary video library.

Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Deposit Policy: This is a prepaid reservation. The entire cost of your stay, including tax, will be charged upon booking. You are only responsible for incidentals during your stay.
Guarantee Policy: In the event of cancellation, a non-refundable fee of $10.00 (USD) will be applied. This is in addition to any penalties which may applied by the hotel due to their cancellation policy.
Cancel Policy: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date and by 4PM, local hotel's time from: Jan 1 - Apr 26, 2003. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival date and by 4PM, local hotel's time from: Apr 27 - Dec 18, 2003. Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival date and by 4PM, local hotel's time from Dec 19- Jan 3, 2004. Unless notified prior to, or at check-in, a one-night penalty will apply to departures that occur earlier than the date specified on the original reservation. No-Show policy: guest will be charged 1-night's room and tax.
